[2002] EWCA Civ 1645, 21 November 2002. Defendant's K appeal from a decision that i) separate shops run by the claimants (W) and K in a shopping parade were part of a letting scheme which allowed W to enforce certain user covenants against K; and ii) K was in breach of those covenants.
