Changes to planning consultancy advice scheme

During the financial year 2003-04 DEFRA's Planning Consultancy Advice scheme will operate within a fixed budget, applications will be managed on a 'first-come, first-served basis' and consultants offering planning feasibility studies will have a cost ceiling of £600. The scheme helps farmers diversify their business under the Rural Enterprise Scheme.
