Government still plans to give local authorities the power to withdraw housing benefit from noisy neighbours despite omitting the measure from the Anti-Social Behaviour Bill, published on 27 March. The bill does include measures relating to anti-social behaviour in housing possession cases and anti-social behaviour orders.
