Highlights the work of the Advantage West Midlands CPD Centre, Young Enterprise and Modern Apprenticeships in providing work-based learning opportunities, links to NVQs, key skills and technical certificates of achievement. Reviews progress on the RICS Certificate in Management Studies which all chartered surveyors qualifying with MRICS designation after 1 September 2004 will be required to achieve.
