The latest RICS Construction faculty "Contracts in use" survey for 2001 has been produced by Davis, Langdon and Everest. It sampled private practices and public authorities listed as employing chartered quantity surveyors. The JCT suite of contracts is shown to be used in 91% of all contracts.
