Management Consultancy Report 2002
Management Consultancy Report 2002
- 2003
- Management Consultancies Association Press Release 28 April 2003, (2) .
Annual report of the Management Consultancies Association (MVA) illustrates the effect of lower growth on the profession with fee incomes for leading UK consultancy firms down to 4% in 2002, down from 17% in 2001. This growth was sustained by increasing work in the public sector which compensated for the decline in the private sector. Areas that have performed relatively well include IT, aerospace, defence and insurance sectors. MCA president Ian Watmore argues the industry needs to adapt to a sustained period of lower growth.
