Latest RICS Rural Land Market Survey for Great Britain is published and shows land sales are low and the value of land continues to fluctuate greatly in an unsteady market. The average price of farmland per hectare rose from £6 404 to £7 912 per hectare between January and March 2003, with the higher prices being recorded in the bare land sections of the market.
