Survey from Federation of Master Builders shows that the war against Iraq has not affected small and medium sized builders as they showed that 41% of firms expected an increase in their workload during the first quarter of this year, 10% up on previous months. Three quarters expected workloads to grow or remain constant during the second quarter of 2003.
