Forecasters make u-turn on values

The latest survey by Investment Property Forum (IPF) and "Estates Gazette" reveals that forecasters are now more pessimistic than they were in January 2003. Rental growth and capital values are expected to fall although a certain amount of doubt means that there is wide range of predictions between the least and most optimistic.
