Rents in Scotland have fallen according to the Insignia Richard Ellis "Scottish quarterly index", although capital value growth shows some sign of recovery. The Scottish office market still outperformed the rest of the UK even though rental value growth weakened; Scotland's industrial sector was also slightly higher than the UK but Scottish retail fell way behind with zero annualised rental growth.
