Discusses the law of easements in the light of "Das v Linden Mews Ltd" ([2002] EWCA Civ 590; Abs65693) which reinstated the "Harris v Flower" ([1904] 74 L J Ch 127, 132) rule. Traces the evolution of the rule and considers whether its use can be justified.
