RICS has published in conjunction with ODPM "Bridging the gap", a leaflet about gap funding and the state aid rules in respect of public sector support applying to land and property development as well as economic and social regeneration. It lists the approvals that enable regeneration bodies in England to spend their money in accordance with the state rules and describes what can be supported and the maximum level of support.
