An organic farmer in Kent has won an appeal over the wrongly marking of his land on Countryside Agency public access maps. The case has set a precedent forcing the agency to consider the circumstances of organic as well as conventional farmers. The land had been incorrectly identified initially as it was based on aerial photographs rather than site visits.
