RICS has launched a consultation document on the development of best practice concerning its mandatory Complaints Handling Procedure. The results of the consultation will lead to a draft scheme which will be piloted in Scotland in 2004, for rolling out nationally in 2005. The consultation period ends 31 August 2003.
