Phone mast compensation

Phone mast compensation - 2003 - RICS Planning and Development Faculty News 13 June 2003 (1) .

Householders in Swindon have been awarded between £10 000 and £20 000 worth of compensation, after local planners allowed a telecoms mast to be erected in the middle of their street. Anti-mast campaigners say the ruling represents the first time that the ombudsman has accepted that mobile phone masts can affect house prices. http://www.rics.org/ricscms/bin/show?class=News&template=/includes/shownews.html&id=6133
