Jones Lang Lasalle (JLL) research figures show that a quarter of vacant office space is controlled by occupiers. London is the worse affected with tenants in the City and West End holding 65% and 60% of vacant space, followed by Moscow, Utrecht and Frankfurt. Much of this is due to cancelled or postponed speculative schemes.
