Earls Court is London's top location in rental growth terms, according to Donaldsons research. Rents there have risen 11.7% over the last three years. During the same period London's Oxford Street rents have increased by just 3.4% compared with the London average of 4.2%. The slowdown is blamed on a drop in tourist spending.
