The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) has published an interim technical guidance note on the closure of Scottish landfill sites. "Closure procedures for landfill sites currently operating under waste management licences" applies to landfill sites described under the Pollution Prevention and Control (Scotland) Regulations 2000 Schedule 1.
