Colliers CRE "Midsummer retail report" predicts that retail property will outperform all other property sectors in 2003. Retail is the only sector to show both capital and rental growth. The report also showed that, while growth in high street rents has stopped in real terms, rental growth at retail parks is 50% and climbing. The latest "Focus on retail demand" also shows the strength of the out-of-town retail market.
