A new report published by the BPF and researched by the College of Estate Management argues that property-led mixed-use regeneration projects can bring significant economic benefits. The research examined regeneration schemes at Brindleyplace in Birmingham and Gunwharf Quays in Portsmouth and concluded that the projects generated about 5 840 full-time jobs and brought in £31m in taxes.
