A new 'Action Pack' which is available from the HM Land Registry offers interested parties information to assist with the changes of registry in the Land Registration Act 2002. The pack will explain the supporting rules and procedures. All Land Registry forms will change from 13 October 2003. The Action Pack can be ordered free of charge from www.landreg.gov.uk/lract2002/default.asp.
