The construction industry could benefit by billions of pounds by following the principles of the Rethinking Construction programme according to a new report "Demonstrating success through Rethinking Construction". It documents all 374 active and completed demonstration projects and shows that client construction and accident costs could be reduced by £2.6bn and £446m additional profit could be achieved if just one third of the industry applied Rethinking Construction principles in their projects.
