UK industrial headline rents have been maintained by increased landlord incentives in the six months to March 2003 according to the first quarter 2003 "50 centres industrial rents" guide produced by Jones Lang Lasalle. Headline rents have remained static in more than two-thirds of the 50 regional centres surveyed. Rents increased in nine centres and fell in seven.
