[2003] EWCA Civ 642, 15 April 2003. Appellant (A) sought an extension of time within which to appeal. Extension granted. A lodged an appeal against LT decision (RA/19/2002, Abs66486) dismissing its challenge to a 1995 rating list assessment of the property it occupied which was in the sum of £32 000. CA refused permission for A to appeal as there was no evidence that the LT had erred in law in determining that roofing works were repairs and not improvements. LT decision upheld. Rateable value assessed at £32 000.
