Business reaps benefits of weak property market - 2003 - RICS Press Release (pr073) 15 July 2003 (2) .

"RICS commercial market survey England and Wales" for the second quarter 2003 has been published, showing that the UK property market remains favourable to tenants, despite signs that the downward trend of the last three years for landlords may have reversed. Confidence is returning post September 11 and Iraq war. The London office market is improving as the performance of the stock market rallies. Copies of the market survey are available on http://www.rics.org/resources/economic_analysis/. http://www.rics.org/ricscms/bin/show?class=PressRelease&template=/includes/showpr.html&id=958
