The ODPM has launched two consultation documents outlining proposed changes to planning policy guidance for housing (PPG3). The first document deals with unneeded employment and commercial sites and the second proposes changes concerning the size, type and affordability of housing. The aim is to ensure homes are provided at the right time, in the right place. Research into PPG3 can be found at http://www.odpm.gov.uk.
