The RICS Policy Unit is working with the ODPM on the skills that are required to create sustainable communities, following the launch of the "Egan review of skills". This looks at the skills and training required by developers, professionals and planning authorities in order that they can co-operate in achieving measurable improvements to the communities they serve.
