A report by the House of Commons Environmental Audit Committee presents mixed views on proposals in the Energy White Paper. "The Energy White Paper: empowering change?" report welcomes the White Paper's emphasis on environmental objectives and its commitment to a 60% reduction in carbon emissions by 2050.
