King Sturge's latest "UK industrial and distribution floorspace today" report shows that available industrial floorspace increased by 6.7% to 19.203m sq m at April 2003. Total available floorspace increased by 13.8% in the 12 months to April 2003. The West Midlands was the only region to record a fall in total available floorspace.
