The Property Standardisation Group (PSG) aims to promote the use of agreed documents and procedures to allow lawyers to identify the main issues in a transaction. The group was formed from several Scottish firms over concern that too much time was spent in property transactions negotiating the forms of documentation and agreeing procedures.
