Remote definition for northern farms - 2003 - Scottish Executive Press Release 28 August 2003 (2) .

Scottish Islands, including mainland Orkeny and most of the Highlands including Caithness, Sutherland, Easter Ross and the Black isle will be classified as remote areas for the purposes of the EU Animal By-Products Regulation.
