Cross London Rail Links (CLRL), the company behind Crossrail, is to commission a new study into the effect of Crossrail, the proposed east-west London rail link. The study will examine Crossrail's effect on every property development along its route and to help identify the social and micro-economic benefits as a result of improved public transport.
