According to the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers, land values are unlikely to be adversely affected by decoupled subsidies on their introduction in 2005. Christopher Perks of Warmingtons states there could be strong demand for land which qualifies for SFP, but is not matched against an entitlement, with the market active from now until May 2005.
