Firms are ranked by: fee income; previous year's income; percentage change; male and female partners; total partners, fee/partners ratio; number of UK offices; LLP and year end. Article also reveals the best and worst performances and where the firms' fee income comes from. Lists the top 20 audit and accountancy firms, tax firms, corporate recovery and consultancy firms. Reports that although the majority of accountancy students are female, very few reach partnership level. Concludes with interviews with some female partners in accountancy firms.
