Campaign launched to dispel access 'myths' - 2003 - Disability Rights Commission News Release 22 September 2003 (3) .

The Disability Rights Commission has launched a campaign aimed at dispelling the myth that making buildings more accessible will be too costly. The "Open 4 all" campaign highlights that adapting buildings need not threaten their historical character and can actually boost business. New legislation is due to come into effect on 1 October 2004.
