The Department for Constitutional Affairs has published a commencement order governing a number of provisions contained in the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002. It includes the approval of an ombudsman scheme, the provision of funding for organisations that will provide legal advice on residential Commonhold law and enables Commonhold regulations, land registration rules, rules of court and rules of procedure for tribunals to go ahead. http://www.gnn.gov.uk/gnn/national.nsf
