Barclays Sitesavers, a joint environmental programme between Barclays Bank and the charity Groundwork, has published a report on its research on 60 Sitesavers projects dating from 1996 and concludes that these projects have made a difference to the local environment. In addition to improving the physical appearance of the project sites, the report concludes that the projects had wider benefits in areas such as education and training.
