The Nationwide quarterly review issued for Autumn 2003, has revealed that house prices continue to rise and were up 1% in September. Outside the capital Belfast and Brighton and Hove topped the growth league with having gained 248% and 210% respectively since 1991. The cost of a typical house is 15.5% higher than September 2002.
