A report of a survey conducted by Drummond Read recruitment. Career progression was seen as the most significant factor in why people wanted to change jobs. There were 700 respondents to the survey which covers all areas of this sector. 41% of respondents would consider transferring to another profession if they lost their job. It is likely that the survey is to now be conducted annually.
