An action group, National Association of Inntrepreneur Lessees, has been formed in response to large rent increases by Inntrepreneur. An Inntrepreneur spokesman acknowledged that rents had risen on average by about 40% since the introduction of leasing but that this reflected the artificially low level of the previous rents.
