"Estates Gazette" has published the property industry's first ever rich list, confirming that property is the UK's wealthiest sector. Top of the list is the Duke of Westminster, one of four in the top 10 who inherited their wealth. The list also includes those who made their money elsewhere and are now investing in real estate. Less than 4% are women, far fewer than in many other industries.
