The Dealing in Cultural Objects (Offence) Bill passed its third stage in the House of Lords on 10 October 2003. The House of Commons will discuss the Lords amendments and it is expected that the Bill will receive Royal Assent shortly. The Bill passed its Second Reading in the Lords on 12 September and Committee Stage on 6 October.
