ODPM puts out consultation for measures to remove barriers to housing transfer. The changes seek to better the process and include improving the decision-making process by removing barriers to financing and developing incentives to ensure the benefits of transfer are realised. ODPM is inviting any reactions and responses to the proposals in the paper.
