In order to improve transparency in the Non Domestic Rates system, a Scottish Ratepayers Forum will be established to allow ratepayers and assessors to share information and ideas. Additionally, the Executive, in partnership wih Scottish Assessors, is considering ways to give more notice to ratepayers of changes in their rates bill.
