DTZ has launched a new database providing information about investment in European property vehicles. "DTZ navigator" contains details of over 400 European property funds with links to their websites and is freely available after registration. It results from a project of the European Indirect Vehicles Group. Holdings in European private property vehicles have grown by 38% in relation to two years previously and the market is likely to expand with the possibility of a UK real estate investment trust type of vehicle in the near future.
