ACQ/3/2002, 3 June 2003. Decision determining the compensation payable by the acquiring authority (C) to claimant (M) for the freehold and long leasehold interests in a public house. The amount of compensation for disturbance had been agreed. The outstanding dispute related to the open market value of M's interest in the public house. In assessing the open market value issues such as trading quality, competition, fair maintainable turnover, adjusted net profit and years purchase were taken into account.
