The Knight Frank quarterly review of office space around the M25 shows the first signs that the market is starting to recover. 833 435 sq ft (77 428 sq m) is under offer in 49 buildings. There are few completed deals, with take-up being 40% less than in the second quarter. With only three buildings under construction in the M25 area availability is stabilising. The vacancy rate has risen from 9.3% to 9.5%, with private and overseas investors remaining active. Also includes brief overview of M4 and M3 areas too.
