The NAEA has released its September market figures. There was a rise of 3.5% in the number of sales agreed in the month, with the number of new buyers on estate agents' books increase by 10%. The number of exchanges are at their highest since November 2002 with vendors typically achieving 96% of their asking price which is a slight increase from 95.6% in the previous month.
