According to the OPDM House Price Index the average house price In the UK in September 2003 stood at £158 408 down from £159 010 in August. UK house price inflation in September was 10.9% which is a fall from 14.0% in August. In London, house price inflation fell from 8.9% in August to 5.5% in September. At present the series has not been seasonally adjusted, so monthly comparisons are not advised. The next release date in 8 December 2003
