Since 1978 the RICS Housing Report for England and Wales has contained surveyors' expert views on the market. The purpose of the survey is to capture key trends in the market, with respect to prices and other activity indicators. The RICS has recently started publishing a residential lettings survey and is looking for contributors to this too.
